The hall is booked by the Client independently through the Motion Studio Service online.The studio works with a remote administrator.
Clients independently open the premises using the codes specified in their personal account, after making a reservation, the codes are displayed in the “RESERVATIONS” section (2 codes: 1: entrance to the building, 2: entrance to the studio, locker room, hall).
Please pass on the access code and other information to those studying with you.

For a dirty/unsuitable room for classes, the Client will be billed, see clause 32Please close the windows and turn off the air conditioning if you used them during class.There is separate waste collection in the studio, please throw it in the appropriate bins.Do not leave valuables unattended.
The administration is not responsible for lost items.The studio does not use disposable plastic, bring bottles with you to collect water from the cooler, or buy them at the reception by topping up your balance in your personal account, section Profile.It is not allowed to take food and drinks (except water) in the Halls.
For leftover food, traces of drinks, strong odors, the Client will be billed.
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the Premises.
Clients in a state of intoxication are not allowed into the Premises and are forcibly removed by the Agent or security service.Smoking and the use of smoke and steam-generating objects are not allowed in the Premises.The use of any burning or smoldering objects, matches, candles, fireworks, incense sticks, incense, etc.

If you made a reservation less than 24 hours before it starts, then within the first hour from the moment of booking, the order can be canceled through the administrator, provided that the reservation time has not yet arrived.If a lesson is canceled more than 24 hours before its start, the payment is automatically returned to your virtual balance in your personal account of the Service.

Within 7 banking days, the payment will be returned to your card.
Information must be sent to the email indicated on the website more than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.Payment is made for the entire duration of the booking, regardless of the start time of your lesson.
Additional payment is made in multiples of 1 hour for the entire time you are in the hall, regardless of your reservation.
If the client uses the hall without making a reservation and notifying the Agent, as well as the number of people in the hall exceeding the basic number for each class and the Client has not made an additional payment, then the Client will be invoiced at a double rate.
Payment must be made within 24 hours after the Client receives a notification from the Agent.At 23:00 the lighting in the halls is turned off, at 23:20 the lighting in the studio is turned off, please vacate the premises before the specified time.
